Re: NOVEMBER Check In!!! <3 <3 <3
Important Info/Updates: Everything is going pretty well. Just waiting for the next month+ to get going.
Next Appt: 10/23 and after that I move to weekly appts. Positive Thought/Prayer Requests: I am measuring 2 weeks behind (fundal) which is fine, I just hope she doesn't fall any further behind at my next appt. GTKY: If you can/want to, PIP a picture of babies take home outfit!Important Info/Updates: Everything is looking good so far. I had a growth scan on Thursday and LO is about 6 pounds already. Dr. said we could be looking at a 9-10 pound baby. I have another growth scan in 3 weeks to check baby's size.
Next Appt: I have an appt. with my MFM and bloodwork to check the antibody levels tomorrow (Monday). I have my next OB appt. on the 22nd, I believe, at 36 weeks to start internals. Whoo hoo..... (sarcasm)
Positive Thought/Prayer Requests: Just that the antibody levels stay negative so there's less change of complications when LO makes his/her appearance.

We're team green, so the teal outfit is our girl outfit and the navy one is our boy outfit. I had to take a pic of the back too cause I love the monkeys!

Important Info/Updates:
35 weeks today!! wow! After having a few high blood pressure readings, my Dr had me do a ton of bloodwork and a 24hr urine. She also made me re-do the 3hr GTT since the baby is so big already (measured 6lb 4oz on growth u/s at 32 weeks.) 2 of my numbers were off by 1 freaking point, so to be cautious she sent me to the peri that they work with. I am checking my sugar 4x each day now and adjusting my diet. I am also going weekly to my regular doc and doing weekly NST. Obviously I was not happy with having to do the 3 hr test over, but like I told my Dr...I'll do whatever I need to do to bring home my baby!
Next Appt:
Next appointment is Wednesday & I have the strep b test and my first NST. 36 weeks we get another look at baby for another growth u/s. Talk of induction as well as c section will resume after that.
Positive Thought/Prayer Requests:
Just general well being for baby & I. Just a few weeks to go!

I think I'm a bad momma...I haven't gotten one yet! Better get on that.

BFP#2 03/08/12 EDD 11/19/12 met our sweet boy @ 36w5d! 10/25/12!
Thanks Linds, I think we all know how you feel! So much to do and so little time. All of the early birth stories are making me think I might have even less time than I thought!!
Important Info/Updates: Baby is still laying transverse, and has been for about two months. A c-section date was set for me about three weeks ago. I've been trying to do some natural things to turn him/her, like chiropractor, accupuncture, yoga poses, spinningbabies recommendations, etc, but so far nothing's worked. I was pretty upset about this at first but am feeling okay about it now. I'd still rather have a natural birth, but if baby wants to come out the sunroof and refuses to move, then not much I can do about it!
Next Appt: Thursday afternoon. I have Factor V Leiden gene which has required me to take blood thinner shots throughout my pregnancy; my OB is going to change these shots from once a day to twice a day. This will help the odds of me having a spinal for the c/s instead of being put under general (gaah!!) - if I go into labour early and need the c/s right away, and I've taken my last shot within 12 hours, I can't get a spinal and will need to be put under. The new shots will make that 6 hours instead.
Positive Thought/Prayer Requests: That baby turns!

DH didn't like any of the outfits I bought, so finally I bought this one figuring he wouldn't argue. He didn't.
