Graco My Ride 65 Safety Surround Convertable Car Seat Question

Anyone else have this car seat?  We just bought and installed it last night.  I took LO on his first car ride in it in my Ford Escape today (rear facing - LO will be 8 mths this week) and noticed his feet already touch the back seat!  Is this normal, and is this ok???  LO is about 29 inches long.  Just made me worry that he won't be comfortable in that position for long if his feet are already touching the back seat!

    Yes it's fine if their feet touch the back. If you rear face for the recommended 2 yrs lo's feet will touch no matter what seat. Kids are very limber and it doesn't bother them to cross the legs or feet. It's still much safer than turning them to the front.

    Feet touching the seat is totally fine and is never a safety issue.
