I like using guided meditations (on iTunes podcasts) to relax, and so I've been looking for a good pregnancy one. I found one and downloaded but haven't listened, but I found another online during my search (not iTunes) that was really good, and also free:

It helps to be in a calm, quiet place and have some time to yourself when you listen. The intro isn't terribly valuable - good to listen to once but then once you have the instructions, you don't need to listen to the intro each time.
Anyone have any other guided meditations they've found that they like? I've heard good things about Circle + Bloom but have never listened to those.
Re: Guided Meditation - found a good one online
I'm lurking.
I bought the Circle and Bloom Natural Fertility guided meditations. It did not help me get KU and I found it a bit grating after a while (well, the times that I didn't fall asleep listening). I'm not sure about their pregnancy ones. My friend sent me a demo of Kalima's Secret Garden which I really liked. I'll ask my husband too - he meditates daily and may know of some others that I don't.
Super excited for you Grace and wishing you a H,H, and uneventful 8ish months!
