what diapers do you use if you have a baby with chunky thighs? My baby is only four months and some the diapers he's wearing now defiantly don't look like there going to fit him when he's bigger.
I don't have an answer to your question--but I have heard a lot on here that once LO's start crawling and walking, they slim down and they go down in rise snaps again.
My baby has super chubby legs (we lovingly call her thunder thighs) and my Alvas are the best fit for her. Charlie Banana and Rumparooz fit but make red marks on her legs. Although, I will agree with PP about babies thinning down. Her Rumparooz were on the highest rise a month ago and I was really mad they weren't going to last but she has thinned out and they fit her better now than they did then.
DD had super chunky thighs as an infant. We liked (and still do like) BG and Blueberry/Swaddlebee diapers.
After she started walking she slimmed down a lot. Her body shape changed too so CDs that seemed like they weren't going to make it to 35lbs are now much trimmer on her with room to grow.
My LO is the same age, same thunder thigh issue. I like Flips and prefolds. I also like the fit of BG 4.0s, but LO can't tolerate suedecloth. I also find that AMP pockets have a really stretchy elastic which is nice. Imagine diapers are pretty great, too. I don't love FB or Rumparoos as much. I haven't tried any others.
