Cleaning person recs in Bel Air/Abingdon area

The lady that used to clean our house has moved so I really need to find someone else soon.  I've been doing all the cleaning for the past 4 months and now it's really killing my back.  I'm hoping to find someone cheaper than those larger cleaning services like Merry Maids.

    Our friends use Thai cleaning services, they are based out of white marsh but do Harford county too. I don't know how much cheaper they are, but they do a good job and come highly recommended.
