Loss of pregnancy symptoms again

I'm 8weeks today and 2 days ago I woke up not feeling pregnant. I had a miscarriage in April at 10.5 weeks. The same thing happened, I woke up and didn't feel pregnant! About 3 weeks later I started bleeding and miscarried.

I had an early dating ultrasound at 5weeks 6days, this time. I measured exactly with my ovulation date. My OB said everything looked perfect. I had  sore breasts from the beginning and very little nausea that started around 6.5weeeks. Now nothing, I'm so afraid of losing this pregnancy too.     

Have any of you lost your symptoms this early and went on to have a healthy pregnancy?

I don't have an ultrasound for another 4 weeks, I just don't want to drive myself crazy until then. I just don't know what to do.

This happened to me multiple times both with my two miscarriages and with my current pregnancy.  It's so hard when you've had the experience of loss of symptoms followed by miscarriage to believe that symptoms really DO just sometimes come and go and it is just hormones fluctuating.

The first trimester waiting game is just really, really tough.  Looking back, it was a really low time for me, and I fought anxiety and depression until I made it safely to our NT scan...and then I could finally relax a little bit (except for my occasional bouts of crazy PGAL panic ).

With this pregnancy I have found that my symptoms disappear for a few days every now and then... but then they usually come back with a vengeance! I know it's hard not to worry, but it's totally normal for symptoms to come and go, and just because they went away with your last pregnancy, doesn't mean that was even related to the loss, kwim? And, fwiw, with my loss, I was still throwing up even after we learned the baby had died, because my hormone levels stayed elevated for quite a whole. Long story short, don't put too much stock in symptoms. [[hugs]]

Symptoms come and go.  I had days of no symptoms at all in 1st Tri and went on to have my son.

This sounds like a post I wrote a few months ago.  I was so freaked out, I called the doctor and asked for an ultrasound.  It was actually against the advice of this board, but I couldn't shake it.  I went in and saw the baby and everything was fine.  Good luck to you!

Mine liked to disappear about 2 days after an u/s and not come back until the next one.  Lots of off and on for me.  Have you thought about getting a home doppler?  I wouldnt' recommend tying before 10wks at least, but that'll be something to check before your next u/s.  Might ease your mind.

I have been able to schedule an ultrasound for tomorrow (Oct 16 @ 1:40). I'm so afraid....I guess knowing is better than driving myself insane. I will update how everything goes tomorrow.Hopefully it will be a happy update.
