BTW, finally tried it last night. I thought I was in decent shape since I'm pretty much back to pre pregnancy weight and DH and I take Dylan walking uphill 3 miles a day. Jillian kicked my ass. Kudos to anyone that has done it!
It's tough! I've been doing it for a while and it definitely helps! I love it because it's only 20 minutes, and it has gotten easier! Keep it up!
This. I haven't been doing it everyday, but I do it on the weekdays at work so I skip the weekends, although I should add it in during DS's nap since it's only 20 minutes afterall!
