LO has an ear infection

DS is 6 weeks old today and I took him to the doctor for ongoing congestion/coughing/gagging. The doctor said it's an ear infection and I feel so bad for him! Does the couging/congestion go along with an ear infection or is that separate? He prescribed an antibiotic so maybe that will help clear everything up anyway - I just feel so bad for the little guy!

Aw, poor little guy! Ear infections are no fun. I am surprised he hasn't been super fussy or favoring one side of his head.
