Monday: Pork chops, homemade applesauce, edamame salad

Tuesday: Spaghetti

Wednesday: Soup and sandwiches

Thursday: Broccoli chicken, couscous, green beans

Friday:  Tuna Helper Embarrassed

Saturday/Sunday: Takeout/leftovers

  • We plan Sunday-Thursday MSPI friendly

    Sunday - Crockpot Orange Chicken (link in post below)

    Monday - Crockpot mexican shredded beef tacos/beans/rice/potatos. We had some extra potatos that would go bad so we threw them in the crock at the last second.

    Tuesday - Monday night leftovers

    Wednesday - BBQ chicken pizza w/ bell peppers no cheese. We use Trader Joe's refrigerted dough.

    Thursday - "Bonanza" ground beef, zuchinni, and MSPI mac'n"chreez"

    Tuesday- Stuffed chilcken alfredo shells (pintrest)

    Wednesday- Leftovers

    Thursday- Italian chicken and veggies with rice

    Friday- Take out or leftovers

    Saturday-  Mozzarella chicken roll ups (pintrest)

    Sunday- No idea, I don't usually cook on sundays because I am lazy :)

  • we are on a diet (south beach) so we are actually menu planning! :-)

    Mon: crustless Italian spinach pie, side of roasted chickpeas

    Tues:  homemade chili (made with turkey sausage)

    wed:  Chicken, cheese and broccoli casserole (low fat cheddar and parmesan cheese)

    Thurs:  spaghetti squash w/spaghetti sauce and sauteed zucchini

    Fri:  sirloin steaks with grilled asparagus

  • M-Ground Turkey Cincinnati Style Chili, corn muffins

    T- Grilled Chicken, rice, broccoli, biscuits

     W- Smoked turkey sausage, yellow rice, croissants

    R- Chicken and cheese quesadilla's, spanish rice, tortilla chips

      F- Ground Turkey Buritto bowls, spanish rice, veggie

    Eta. Stupid bump mobile ate parts of it.

    thursday- fish sticks. rice, and a veggie

    friday-  orange chicken, fried rice, veggie

    saturday- at a bonfire/ fall harvest party

    sunday- probably dinner with the family

  • Uhm. Ham was on sale, so DH bought an 8 pound boneless ham.

    Sunday - Ham sandwiches and brussel sprouts

    Monday - Ham sandwiches and roasted zucchini and yellow squash

    Tuesday - Spaghetti with meat sauce (we need a ham break)

    Wednesday - Some kind of ham and potato casserole. I haven't figured it out yet.

    Thursday - Ham and eggs

    Friday - Something other than HAM!

  • Make pea soup with your ham! I love pea soup.

    We went to tjs so actually have food in the house!  

    M - veggie burgers (not homemade "dr praeger"), roasted carrots asparagus and sweet potatoes 

    T - steak and some kind of veggies

    w - French onion soup and a salad

    t -  pot stickers with Asian stir fry veg

    fri - fall spicy stew in a pumpkin with ccornbread 

    not sure about weekend yet.

  • M: Out to dinner

    T: Crockpot pulled pork sandwiches and cauliflower salad

     W:  Breakfast for dinner - French toast, bacon, and fruit

    Th: Pulled pork tacos or enchiladas

    F:  Crockpot chicken and apples with squash on the side

    S: Steaks, asparagus, and baked potatoes

    S: Chili

    We: sour cream noodle bake pioneer woman
    Th: leftovers
    Fr: pizza
    Sat: that orange chicken I keep reading about and rice
    Su: beef tips and mashed potatoes, corn, Brussel sprouts because I love them.
