terrible breath

DS has terrible breath. It has a metallic smell to it. He spits up so much is that the cause of it? Is this a huge concern

    It could be thrush, I know that bad breath is a symptom of it. Every baby is different of course, but DD used to spit up/throw up a lot and she never had bad breath from it.

    Acid reflux also can cause bad breath
