Anyone feeding tofu to their LO's yet? I bought some for her but don't know what to do with it really... I want to introduce tofu before any chicken or other real protein. TIA!

I've given my DS some ... I just mashed it up really well (no cooking necessary) and mixed it in with whatever puree I was serving (banana, peas, etc.) It doesn't have much flavour, so I tend to pick a fruit/veggie that has a rather strong flavour to go with it. Spices would help too!
ETA: If you're doing purees, then buying the soft or silken tofu is best. If you're doing BLW, then the firmer tofu is a better idea.
We have yet to do bananas because we don't grocery shop that often and I've made all of her food and I'm afraid if I buy bananas that are ready to eat one Sunday (for example) by day 4 I'll need to buy new ready-to-eat bananas... but I've read a lot of recommendations mixing bananas with tofu.

Just freeze the bananas. They will be alright to eat even if they go brown in the freezer.
