Or am I the only awful mom? Lol.
Tummy time... We really aren't doing it... she hates it. She's done it MAYBE 3 times since she has been born.
How often have you done it or how often a day do you do it?
We have hard wood floors also... and to me no matter what you use it never seems soft enough.
Moving next week into a house with carpet though.. YAY!
Will deffo do tummy time then!
Her head seems to be getting very strong though. Can hold it up for quite some time.
Re: Soo... Who's Slacking?
She was on her back on the playmat once and I made the mistake of flipping her over for a second. The crying lasted a couple hours, she was pissed.
Her neck muscles are very strong. She has been lifting her head more and more, starting when we were still in the hospital. Pedi always comments on how strong she is.

First of all, your daughter is fricken adorable (both, but I love the new pic of the oldest!)
Secondly...we don't do it often. A couple times, maybe when I am changing her I'll flip her over on the changing table but I never ever think about it. We have hard floors, too so it makes it harder. We have a towel under her play mat so sometimes I'll put her on that on her tummy but...I'm a bad mom. I rarely do it. Oops.
This. I love tummy time on me!

Thank you!!
Your babies are gorgeous!
And I really REALLY love their names! Especially Adeline! Love Love Love it!!!
To others, I've tried the whole tummy time on me, but her rude butt yells in my face. LoL =]
We do, do this thing where I lay her on her back and let her grip my fingers and sit her up to see how well she can hold her head up. And she is constantlyt trying to move her head all over the place to see things. =]
P.S.
I still don't have a Boppy. How nuts is that. I really need to get one. I'm sure she would love it.
We do it probably every other day. We are usually busy in the morning and by the afternoon DD is starting to get cranky since she does not really nap during the day. She does get a lot of time on our chests or me holding her up and that helps with her neck strength.
Tummy time is the same as kegels during pregnancy to me. I always mean for it to happen every day at scheduled time but it rarely happens.
I love this idea. Why did I never think of this? Starting tomorrow, this is what I'm going to try. I try to do it at least two times a day, but DS hates it, so I'm fine with him on me lifting up.
Aw you are so sweet, thank you! I'm biased, of course. I love our names. Teehee!
Our kids are the same ages apart...you have an October baby, too! Happy birthday!!! Daxton's is on the 19th. Ugh...I just started crying. He's been telling everyone he's 2 for about two months now, but it's still a tough pill to swallow. My baby will be t---t---two....
