New to multiples

Hi - I just wanted to introduce myself after lurking for a few days...We are expecting twin girls in mid/late January (fingers crossed all goes well) after struggling with infertility/treatments for almost 6 years. We are so excited!

I am learning a lot from the site and the posts - please keep the advice coming...I have no idea where to start and I am already 24 weeks along! These are my first birth children. We are raising my husband's 2 boys from his first marriage also who are 13 and 15. Built in baby-sitters, right? I hope so!

I am appreciative of any advice anyone can offer re: where to start? how much to do? how much and what to get? what do I need to know/do? I am also an "older" mom so any connections/advice on that end would be helpful too.

Congratulations and welcome! I like your live-in babysitter idea. It's too bad that my 4.5 year old stepson might be just a little too young to do the same!

Welcome and congrats! 

My only advice is to prepare now as much as you can because the further along you get, the more helpless you become!
