I have to be honest, I've been a total slacker and have only done the warm up section so far
But, for that at least, I didn't use any blocks. You do use a chair, but just a regular kitchen chair is fine, and I did sit on a pillow for some of it. Sorry I'm lazy and can't give you more feedback on the rest of the video. I'd say there will probably be parts where a block will come in handy (esp. if/when you do the modifications for the later trimesters). I don't have a block so I'll probably rig up something ghetto (small cardboard box or something).
Hope this (sort of) helps!
12 weeks 1 day - FIST PUMP!
Baby Boy born 4/8/13 9lbs
BFP #1 EDD 12.18.12 - Missed M/C at 9w3d D&C 5.22.12
PS - there is a kegel section in the video I have, which is hilarious, because it's just three women on screen, sitting there... It's like Sit and be Fit...for your vag.

as PP said, just a chair otherwise a blanket and pillow should be fine. I have only done the warm up section as well so far! I should probably try to do a little more now.
I previewed the DVD but haven't tried it yet. The second trimester model uses a block for some of the poses, and also a strap, but other than that it's a chair and blankets. I don't have a block either and was thinking of trying a thick book instead of buying one!
Like previous poster said, I thought the Kegel part was a little awkward. They're all sitting there with legs open!
I got a good feeling about the DVD though, as I was watching it, and am excited to try.
Married to the love of my life for 3 years
First pregnancy - blighted ovum, miscarriage at 10 weeks, Apr./May 2012 Second BFP 9/19/12 - Hoping for our Rainbow Baby!
I used DH's belt instead of the rope and a fiber supplement container instead of the block..I'm cheap. I really like this DVD but I can?t help but laugh at their outfits every single time!!

Yeah I don't have blocks either and I'm too cheap/lazy to buy them...if I need them I'll probably just use boxes too, or something equally ghetto.
Thanks!
