Anyone have this?  We put it together, plugged it in and it says the buttons will all flash to show it's ready - it does not.  We can't get it to do anything, some of the buttons light up but none of them actually do anything.

Any advice?

No, it won't swing, play music or do anything.  I called BBB and they said we could exchange it.
