Baby flea market?

I remember a few years ago, I was planning on going to a sort of baby goods flea market at the fairgrounds. I can't remember what this was called. Do you know?

Probably Totswap? They have a website and a Facebook page. I think their fall sale is later this month in timonium at the fairgrounds.
