I'm on the list, although I'm not remotely surprised. I'm considered a young mom in my area though so I think my name is still somewhat uncommon as far as moms go. Five or ten years from now I'm sure I'll feel the same way I did in 5th grade.
I explained this concept to my husband when he complained that I didn't like any "normal" names when we were picking out names for Evie. When I asked which names he thought to be normal, he said "Jennifer." Well yeah, it's normal...for adults. How many children out there will have that name? Scant few. I went to school with a girl named Nancy, and she was made fun of.
