Late Term and Child Loss

My DH says all the "wrong" things, but . . .

I'm okay with it.  He broke down the other night and told me that he has a lot of guilt because he is worried about me and a large part of his grief has to do with what I am going through.  So he tells me that I am strong (while I'm crying) and it's okay.

He is so incredibly thankful for the 20 weeks that we had that he is able to take comfort from it. Our pregnancy was a surprise. I had been told that I would never be able to have kids. We got married knowing that it would be just us - so Zachary was our miracle and even though I hate how it ended I am so thankful for that brief time we had with him.
