Favorite color for fall?
I love the deep reds. My IL's had a tree that would have deep red leaves. It came down in a storm last year. Worst. Day. Ever.
Favorite fall accessory?
I used to hate scarves, but now they are my fave - matched with a nice jacket.
Best present you ever got for Christmas as a child?
A toss up between my Little Tykes play kitchen (that sucker was VERY loved!) and my NSYNC cd (for my teeny bopper days)
When and how did you find out the truth about Santa?
I can't remember exactly when I realized it - but as I got older, Santa's notes in the morning began to resemble my mom's handwriting more and more. (He always gave a thank you for the cookies). I kept quiet for the little brothers - and then my mom started typing them lol!

When and how did you find out the truth about Santa? My parents never did Santa, so I'm curious to see how other people handled finding out about it.I'll play!

I'm actually liking orange a lot these days. I've always liked the dark jewel tones as well.
Favorite fall accessory?
I had a pair of grey knee-high suede boots that I absolutely loved, but then my cat had to go an pee on them. So, I guess I'm on the look out for my next favourite pair ... darn cat!
Best present you ever got for Christmas as a child?
I think it was when I got my Cabbage Patch Doll named Vera. At that time, they were very popular and hard to come by, so I was super excited to get one!
When and how did you find out the truth about Santa?
I honestly don't know when,. I think I figured it out for myself, but it probably stemmed from my friends talking about it.

One Christmas was a Barbie bonanza. I got like three cars, four dolls, a whole bunch of clothes and accessories etc. I was so excited! I was a barbie maniac until about 11 years old.
When and how did you find out the truth about Santa?
I never believed in Santa Clause and never really liked him. I haven't decided what I'm going to do with DD regarding him.

Anything jewel toned. I'm v. pale (basically clear), and have very dark hair, so they don't wash me out.

My Samantha doll and all her accessories. Loved them.

I really don't remember. But I loved believing in Santa.

My tool box when I was 4. My dad made it and filled it with real tools. It has my name on the side. I can't wait to pass it down to Abby!

Not really sure, I think sometime around 4th or 5th grade.

Best present you ever got for Christmas as a child? I can't really remember any presents that stuck out more than others... but the best Christmas was the first one after my parents divorced. It was just my Mom, sister, and me living in a little house in town. Mom was so terribly upset because of the divorce, and because she couldn't give us all that she used to. But you know what? We all curled up on Christmas Eve in our pajamas, had hot chocolate and popcorn, and watched Christmas movies. (The Grinch, Jim Carrey style!) My sister and I LOVED it. It wasn't about the presents. It was about being out from under my father and his abuse. We were safe, we were happy, we were loved. It's all we wanted.

When and how did you find out the truth about Santa? An older cousin when I was in the 1 st grade on Christmad Day. Sad. That same cousin broke the news about the Easter Bunny and Tooth Fairy as well.

When and how did you find out the truth about Santa? I think from a kid at school around 2nd grade. I think I always knew Santa wasn't real, but to this day we still get "Santa" present from my Mom.

This is amazing!!!! I've played the piano since I was about 5, but we only ever had an upright; barely room for a baby grand, let alone a grand piano. I'm so jealous! Do you have a room in your house designated to music where it's kept?
Totally! That was the year that my parents asked if I wanted to continue taking piano lessons, and I looked at them like they were nuts and said, "Yeah, why wouldn't I?" So, since they figured I was going to stick with it, they upgraded the crappy upright that was tuned a half step lower than the rest of the world to a decent little grand. Needless to say, I only got a couple other little stocking stuffers that year.

When and how did you find out the truth about Santa? One year, some time around Christmas, my dad asked me to go upstairs and get his slippers. As I was getting them out of the closet, I saw a Garfield board game, and that year I ended up getting the Garfield game from Santa. I always suspected that he intentionally had me get the slippers so that I would see the game and figure it out on my own.
I love fall. I'm a true yank and hot humid weather is not my thing. I love getting bundled up. I cannot wait for winter and SNOW!!

Best present you ever got for Christmas as a child? I wasn't really a child, but a teenager, but it was by far my best gift ever. My dad spent hours and hours and hours scanning all of our old family photos as well as converting all of our family movies into dvd format. He made the photos into slideshows and burned everything onto dvds. Came out to about 40 DVDs! He put them in 10 different volumes arranged by date. And there are 3 kids that he made them for. It was really amazing.
When and how did you find out the truth about Santa? True story: my brothers, who are 4 and 5 years older than me woke my up Christmas eve night and said "btartaroind! Santa is here! Wake up, he's downstairs!" So we quietly tip toed downstairs, I look around the corner, and my parents were there putting presents under the tree. Then they said "Oh that's right, there is no such thing as Santa."

Came downstairs to Santa and Mrs. Claus playing said Nintendo... so sat at the top of the stairs and watched. couldn't sleep the rest of the night I was so excited to play it.

When and how did you find out the truth about Santa? My cousin told me when I was five. I wasn't heartbroken, and I helped my parents keep the secret for my younger siblings. Until they hid the 64 so poorly... Then I showed my brothers. Now my mom writes funny things on the gift tags, like Mrs. Claus, Dasher, stuff like that.
Favorite color for fall? Hmmm I seem to like dark purples paired with the more orange-colored leather accessories (belts, shoes, etc)

When and how did you find out the truth about Santa? People at school kept telling me, and then I found the present stash, and THEN I looked through the keyhole in my bedroom door (yes, it was a super old house) and saw my parents putting the toys out.
