Can anyone decipher my chart?

I feel like I am so all over the place that it is more stressful to continue doing this... I just got off The Pill 2 months ago so I suppose this is to be expected... I just had my first period off The Pill on September 10th.

Stay calm and keep temping.  It does not look like you have O'd yet.  It is normal to have some wacky cycles after you come off birth control as your body's own hormones regulate.

Yeah I cannot make anything from your chart. Sorry. I have heard ladies say that taking their temp vaginally helps get a more accurate temp. Not sure if you have heard/tried that. 

I think if temping is stressing you out then you are probably better off not doing it, at least for now. It might be that your body is still adjusting to being off bc and you might see your temps level out more next cycle, but if its causing a lot of stress then I would stop and just go about the EOD bd schedule if possible.

Have you still been taking OPK's? Why haven't you been more consistent tracking your CM?

It's really hard to tell you anything because there isn't enough data. For FF or us. The only think I can tell you is that it's not abnormal for women to O in 20+ day range of their cycle. IMO, you haven't O'd yet.

My advice is to keep temping, start using OPK's, and track your CM better. It's really hard to get a good idea of what's going on with temps alone. Unless you have perfect temps, which none of us have.

Try not to get too frustrated. It's a process, but once you've been at it a while, you'll be able to interpret your signs no problem. Good luck to you.
