So, as of this morning I am officially out for this cycle. Pretty bummed, but I keep telling myself to look at it as a fresh start. For this next cycle I'm definitely going to start charting. Thing is, I don't get great sleep many nights these days -- usually I'm just restless, getting up to pee, etc. or DD is up (not typical, but she has been the last couple of nights due to a cold). Will this affect my temps to the point where I won't get an accurate chart, or does FF compensate for this somehow? I did chart a couple cycles before DD, but I used the paper ones in the back of TCOYF then (and I slept more soundly before having a kid!) Thanks for any input!
Yes, interrupted sleep can affect your chart, but how much it affects it varies from person to person. I have found that my temps are most accurate when I get the most sleep, rather than taking my temp at the exact same time. Other's find that taking their temps at the same time, regardless of the amount of sleep, is more accurate for them. You will figure out what works best for you.

PAIF/SAIF Welcome!
I found that taking a vag temp instead of a mouth temp made a big difference - I dont really know why.
Also I do better not temping at a certain time but my last wake up of the night.
Good luck.
