I posted the other day about my super heavy AF. After going to the dr about it Wednesday and the medication he put me on not really helping, I called back yesterday and they told me it'd be best to go to the ER. Ugh. They did more bloodwork, I had a very painful pelvic exam, an allover exam, etc. They spoke back and forth with two of the ob's at my drs office and decided, based on the results they saw, to wait until Monday for the ultrasound at my ob's office and to double up on the medication. Luckily I already am seeing the bleeding lighten up and I'm glad I went to the hospital bc I'm sure I'd have just spent all weekend worrying about it. Just hoping that kind of bleeding isn't the new norm for me! Going through a tampon or pad every 30 to 60 minutes is a major pain. They did say I'm slightly anemic again I became anemic after delivery bc I lost so much blood and required a transfusion in the hospital but that considering how much blood I've list this week it's actually an ok level.
Let the weekend now begin!
