Yet another crib transition ?

DD currently sleeps in the nap nanny and is swaddled with the miracle blanket.  Recent attempts to transition her into the crib with a sleep sack have failed miserably.  Is it possible she just isn't quite ready yet?  She is 4 months but very small at 12.2 lbs.  Any one else in a similar boat?

    Def possible....ds wast trough w the swaddle until after he was six months old

    I tried at 2 months and again a little bit before three months and it was awful and many gave me the advice of "just try again later".  Best advice...he just wasn't ready!  So I tried again a couple weeks ago and it went perfectly.  We used to swing/swaddle, and transitioned to a magic sleep suit/crib.  Good luck, I know it can be frustrating/tiring:)

    By the way, my LO would have been around 12lbs at the time of the failed attempts.
