Claritin

I am pretty sure DD has allergies even though she is only8 months. We live in one of the allergy capitals and DH has fairly bad allergies. Pedi says we can give her children's Claritin. I am not sure I am ready to give her Claritin. Have any of ur LO's had Claritin. How did they do? Thx

DD was a bit older when we started giving her Claritin when she really needed it.  It's pretty simple/basic.  We eventually did do allergy testing with DD only to discover she didn't react to anything on the basic tests even though the claritin helps when she gets stuffy in the peak allergy season of spring/fall so go figure.
