How do I PIP?

I haven't had to PIP since we switched over to the new format. I see the little box, but I don't know how to use it. Sorry I'm stupid when it comes to this kind of stuff.

Use shuttefly, it's the only site that seems to work consistantly.  Then go to Tinyurl and copy and paste the info into the link in the insert/edit picture icon (the tree)
