(urgent) HCG IVF drug question

I am so confused right now.  I am currently waiting for the RE or nurse to call me but I'm supposed to take my shots already! They didn't go through all the explanation with me since I've done this twice I guess but geez, I've forgotten it al for the most part.

 Please, can someone help me out that knows their drugs.  I have two things both labeled as HCG.  One is freeze dried and the other is premixed and refrigerated.  Neither actually says Low Dose HCG but that's what I am supposed to take tongith along with the Gonal-f.   I don't know which to take :-/

The freeze dried one says its 10K HCG and the premixed one says 10mL.

    Doc called.  I've done my shot.  The freeze dried one is the trigger shot.  I took the right one.

    1st BFP-8/17/12!  Missed Miscarriage discovered @ 8 week US.  D&C.
    2nd BFP-2/13/13!  Blighted Ovum discovered @ 8 week US. Natural miscarriage.
    3rd BFP-5/22/13!  By early June, progesterone plummeting.  Another loss.
    August 2013 - started Donor Egg process, but surprise BFP with my own eggs.
