Teeth Marks on Crib

My baby bit the crib for the first time a few days ago. I knew it was coming, so I should have done something to prevent it in the first place. Anyway, what are you doing? A rail cover? Nothing?

We are not doing anything still since Matt barely has two teeth but eventually I'm considering to get a rail cover.
