Let's talk yeast infections (diaper rash)

So my baby has this horrible diaper rash. It started out as no big deal (probably related to teething), and now it's full-blown and getting worse. Basically, they're lesions with sharp, raised borders, and I'm thinking this is a yeast infection. Anybody with any experience have an opinion/suggestions? Thanks!
