Moving to Raleigh from Kansas with a 1 month old

My fiancee and I are moving to Raleigh the first week in October and I was wondering if anyone knew of any new moms groups? Also any resources that might help us would be great (pedi offices, daycares, etc).

    I think you will love living in Raleigh - although I am a native so I don't have much experience elsewhere. 

    I don't know of any mom groups (I am sure there are plenty) and my DD goes to my work daycare but I will be happy to recommend we use Raleigh Child and Adolescent Medicine.  They are great!

    There are lots of mom groups. You can find them on meetup. I'm a member of The Little Hoots of Wake Forest right outside of Raleigh. I like Raleigh Pediatrics. Good luck!
