Scrambled eggs. Toss in some frozen green pepper strips or chopped spinach and top with some some pre-shredded cheese to add flavor. Quick, easy, and a good way to sneak in veggies
Frozen wafflles with fruit or yogurt spread
Toast with butter and a dash of cinnamon
Pancakes - I make a big batch on Sunday and DD will eat them throughout the week with yogurt or applesauce. The leftovers (not frozen) microwave in 30 seconds. Doesn't get much quicker than that!
Yogurt, banana, blueberries and eggs with spinach and cheese. I also sometimes do zucchini bread if I've made it too. She also likes boiled eggs so I make a batch of them and she goes for those anytime during the day.

same thing every morning. Some banana, some other fruit, a few cheerios, yogurt with a little honey mixed in, and natural peanut butter on toast. She loves it.
Oatmeal and Milk has been favorite for us for a while. I usually give her some banana too. She loved whole grain waffles, for a while. Usually I would get those pouches and squeeze a bit out and put it on the waffle. Then she would polish the rest of the pouch off!
I mix the powered baby oatmeal cereal with an equal amount of applesauce, microwave just so its a little bit warm, then add some yogurt. I just started letting him use a spoon with this mixture and he loves it! I always give him this if I don't have time to cook something.
Another easy one is kashi frozen blueberry waffles with some cream cheese on top.
Zucchini bread made with whole wheat flour, yogurt subbed for a lot of the oil and reduced sugar. I top it with cream cheese! I also make pumpkin muffins from Elie Kriegers recipe on foodnetwork.com. They are awesome! I do these and yogurt and fruit.
During the week, I make her oatmeal to bring to her babysitter's. It's quaker instant mixed with cinnamon, yogurt, applesauce and whatever cut up fruit I have around. Today was apples and bananas. I make enough at once for 2 or 3 breakfasts and just put her little single-serving bowls in the fridge to just grab in the morning and stuff in her lunch bag.
On weekends, she has whatever DH and I are having - scrambled eggs with chives, pancakes, fried eggs, sausage, toast, etc.

We do fruit + milk and something else.
My daughter has an egg allergy--so a lot of the things I make for her I freeze, and just pull them out during the week.
This morning she had a peach and a zucchini muffin. She also LOVES her bowl of cheerios and milk.
