This sounds delicious with the chicken sub. I don't eat seafood and sometimes I adjust for chicken, but generally just turn away when I see shrimp in the title! I may have to try this!
I've been horrible at meal planning since school started. But I'm off today and tomorrow so I'm trying to get myself together.

This is my new "fancy" meal b/c it seriously smells restaurant quality in the kitchen. Bonus that BOTH kiddies eat it. I just hide Ella's in a pita with some cheese and make it more of a flat bread sandwich.
I wish Ty would eat chicken!
