Eva and Isla!  But be prepared to correct people when they pronounce Isla...I guess people oten pronounce it 'izzla'. GL!

Eva and Nora for sure.  I responded to your other post about the name Isla, and after the first poster, I assumed it was pronounced "Ay-la," and then after reading the thread later, I now know it's pronounced Eye-la.  I would not choose this name as I do not care for the way it sounds now that I know the phonetics.

I like Eva and Nora...though they are a little matchy matchy for my taste.

I would probably use something more like Lily, Lucy, Molly, Ruby or Sydney with Eva.

This. I think that Nora and Isla go together best.

Eva is so cute. I would likely choose a 2nd name not ending in A to avoid the matchy matchy thing. 

Of the two,  Isla seems more the same style as Eva  though.
