I'm just giving a shout out to my aunt and uncle who are visiting from Australia. Their timing is perfect, as I'm 4 DPO (if I actually ovulated this month instead of having another ruptured follicle) and I am going to be digging the distraction!
Hope everyone is going to have an equally fun weekend. What have y'all got planned?
Re: Woohoo: distractions! Weekend plans?
D have you ever been to Australia? Would LOVE to go.
Nothing exciting here. Usual cleaning this morning then went and bought some flowers I will attempt to plant tomorrow. I'm so not a flower planter! Just got back from dinner for my mom's bday and tomorrow watch football and finish cleaning. Can you say a "boring" weekend? I've been so tired lately and don't feel like doing anything!! Meanwhile MH is watching Birdcage and he can't believe I've never watched it...he is cracking up with laughter
ME:46 MH:44 DE IVF 2014
Met with RE 4/11. 2 IUI's BFN. DE best option. Switched clinics to do "shared" program. Had to retake all tests and a mamm that put me behind and then on a DE waiting list for 12 months. Picked a donor!! (10/13/13) Got matched. Estimated transfer in December. After 2.5 years of patiently waiting I will finally cycle....can hardly believe it. DE cycle got cancelled. One of her tests came back positive. Waiting for another donor. Donor picked!! (1/18/14)
DE IVF #1 (4/26) BFN DE FET #1 (6/4) BFP! Beta 1=339 Beta 2=852 Beta 3=9957 EDD 2/22/15!!
Yup! I was there for 2 months when I was 11 (I turned 12 there and then again in the USA since we flew back on my birthday in November!)... I wish I could go again, now that I'm older. But I got to do some amazing things because I was there with my grandparents and my aunt and uncle are pretty connected so they opened some doors that would not be possible now.
It's also where I learned to play rugby!
