ETA: the man was from my hometown and was caught filming near my sister's old home. She is trying to find out if she was living in the home at the time of the crimes.

Nope don't blame you one bit.  Sorry he was/is what he is but you are an awesome momma just remember that everyday.  You always have my respect for doing all of this on your own and dealling with the mess he put you thru.
