Warmer PJ's = STTN

Ok, so it may be a fluke, but we have been having major sleep issues with DS. Last night i put him in fleece pj's and didn't have the overhead fan running in his room and he slept great! I hope this fixed the problem.

He usually sweats easily during the day but i guess he was getting cold with his short sleeved shirt and no socks on at night. Especially since the A/C is on I feel so dumb for not trying it sooner.

What kind of PJ's do you use?

Dd has slept in footed pjs from day one except for those rare occasions where it was too cold outside for ac but fine in the house. The times she didn't wear footed killed me because the idea of her not wearing socks made me worry.

He sleeps in a shirt and either pj shorts or pj pants. And he STTN. I have fleece PJs for when he needs something warmer

We bedshare, so I have to be careful not to dress him too warm, or he'll be up a lot because of that.  So he's still in pretty lightweight jammies, and I check him frequently through the night, cover him with our blankets if he seems chilled, snuggle him, etc.

Crash Into Me:

DD's room has a window unit in it (upstairs, old house) so it's always fairly cold especially when our regular A/C  is running, too.  For the most part, she sleeps in cotton footie pj's and seems to be fine.  If I can tell that she's warm, it's easier to adjust the A/C settings than it is to get her up and change her into something warmer.

Totally agree.  We also sleep in cotton footies because even though she runs hot during the day, her body temp naturally dips at night.  Plus, DH and I like the AC temp very cool when we sleep, so I want to make sure she is warm and toasty.  She won't keep a blanket over her while she sleeps.

Our baby bear tends to run on hot lol. We have the fleece footed pj's, cotton footed pj's and short or pants sets. We change it up. We also have the AC on but our LO has a blanket.
