do they hurt when you're not on them, or only when you walk? My feet got really achy while I was in basic training, I think it was lack of good sleep, and the physical exertion of training, and not getting enough potassium, I would get out of bed and barely be able to stand in the morning they hurt so bad.
I felt the same way a few weeks ago. I even said to my FI, my feet feel like I'm in basic again! I make sure to drink enough water during the day and give my time to wake up more slowly instead of getting up and jumping right out of bed, I think it gives my body time to speed up circulation from sleep-mode to wake-mode, if that makes sense.
I have. My problem was not that my feet were swollen. I was tying my shoes too tight. There is a nerve that runs down the outside top of the foot that was getting pinched and that was causing my foot pain. Once I changed the type of shoes I was wearing the pain was completely gone in about 2 days.
If you choose to have a foot massage, make sure the masseuse knows you are expecting before you go so they can work appropriately. The bottom of the foot contains nerve endings that can affect the rest of the body.
