Post pregnancy exercise classes?

Recently moved into the Eagan area and looking for some good classes (Zumba, yoga, etc) hoping for some good recs if possible!

    Hook up with the crew from SouthSide Athletic - it's not necessarily classes but the supportive environment from the crew there CANNOT be beat!!!!  The Nutters are some of the best people to be around especially getting back into being active in a beyond supportive environment.
