I get an email saying "I'm looking to conduct a 90 minute meeting on xyz with your boss. Can you help me find time?" I scour his calendar and respond promptly with all the times I can find in the next two weeks. The reply I get "I was actually hoping for something later in the month." Then WTF didn't you say that before I wasted my time. When someone asks for a meeting and doesn't give a timeframe, isn't it implied that the timeframe is ASAP? Gr.

So perfect.
Why do men expect us to read their minds?
Perfect. Barely passive-agressive, but enough to get the hint (hopefully).
Oops! Saw the "his" but you were referring to your boss not the emailer. Poor reading on my part.
Inefficiency is always frustrating, especially when its other people causing you to be inefficient.
Lol, this is what I would be saying in my head & wishing I had the nerve to say aloud.
OMG, this!
When I was the backup receptionist a few years ago people would call for someone & when I'd tell them they were on the other line they'd always ask how long it would be. I so badly wanted to bust out something along the "crystal ball" line as well but never could for fear of losing my job. LOL
This is totally stuck in my head now
