Increased pelvic pressure

Any advice on how to handle the pelvic pressure. I can't really do anything without feeling the pain, sit, stand, lay down. On a scale to 1-10 it is about a 4. I see my ob today and idk if I can take 2 more weeks of this.

  • I'm in the same boat, sometimes the pain intensifies though. My OB said it's just a part of the process so if you get any advice from your OB, please share!

  • Have you tried bouncing on an exercise ball?  I've found that it helps relieve some of the pressure.

    This! I sit on one all day at work. I think it helps quite a bit.

    This. I was so sore yesterday, but after bouncing on the ball for a little while I felt amazing!

  • Doc suggested getting into a pool. Of course mine is closed. He did put me on light duty. I am allowed to work but need to get help with the housework & groceries. I need to rest & relax. I am going to try the ball. I have one and it's already blown up.
