no, i've just been sitting in the glider.  i guess i will try a pillow...

do you have one of those wraps that you heat in the microwave?  that should help a lot with the neck pain

i use a pillow behind me, I'm able to put more pressure on me feet and that keeps me upright and keeps me from slouching.
