Can't find the thread evening primose

I bookmarked the EPO thread the other day and cant find it now. So I'm sorry for asking this! Im going to ask my doctor next week when I can start taking it. How much is recommended? I found a bottle on amazon that's 1300mg but wanted to know the recommended amt. since most bottles are 500mg. thanks girls!

    I was able to get it at target for 7 bucks 1000mg capsules.

    CVS had it for $12.00

    I take 2 a day ( if they were 500 mg) I would be taking 4 now. But early on like 37 weeks it was 1 a day of the 1000mg). And then 1 vaginally at night just stick it before bed and it will melt away.

     

    But of course as you said you were gonna do you can always check with your Dr. :-)
