Hi everyone, I'm stuck in a rut and need some help. I'm lost for ideas on what to serve my 15 month old for breakfast. He loves everything he has tried and loves to eat. This morning he had a pancake and a peach, but then he was searching for more to eat, so he had a yogurt. He seems to be hungry more in the morning than any other time of the day. What can I give him that will keep him full and satisfied?
Re: Breakfast Ideas
DS is allergic to eggs so I am somewhat limited. Here's what's in our rotation: wheat pancake or waffle (homemade so no eggs), whole yogurt or oatmeal with fruit mixed in and multigrain toast with peanut butter. Some type of fresh fruit always occompanies these and probably a handful of cheerios or two while I'm getting it ready. He has a great appetite in the morning so I will give him as much as he will eat as he doesn't do as well at the other meals.
Wheat bagel thins with cream cheese, goat cheese, or pb, waffles, cheerios, bananas, eggs (scrambled or hardboiled), cut up fruits, yogurt with fruit pur?e mixed in, veggie muffins, nutrigrain bars.... DS is pretty easy with breakfast!

We do all kinds of fruit in addition to:
Waffles (and waffle sticks)
Pancakes (can vary by making banana or blueberry, even chocolate chip once in awhile)
Eggs (serve lots of different ways
Oatmeal (that's a good one to fill them up)
Toast with butter or cream cheese (or other spreads if your DS likes them)
Yogurt
Cheese sticks
French toast
Muffins
English muffins
Mini bagels
A lot of people make fruit/veggies smoothies, too. I tried it once with DS and will try it again soon. I'm not a great smoothie maker.

TTC 3rd and final!: IUI #1 in progress!
He gets an egg with cheese, yogurt, or turkey sausage with toast, cereal, pancakes, or waffles, and a fruit and/or veggie every morning with a glass of milk. That holds him over for about 2 hours until we have a snack.
1 mashed banana, 2 eggs, dash of cinnamon. Mix ingredients, cook like a pancake! No sugary syrup needed! he has fruit on the side, blueberries, strawberries, etc
