That's so cool that you saw the heartbeat and little movements! I didn't have a dating u/s, just a regular 20-week u/s, so I've never seen my babies so tiny. I am expecting my 3rd... at age40, hence my screen name "3rdat40"!
Congratulations on your 3rd little-one-to-be! Yes, this past week was the worst thus far--the first week where I often felt nauseous (and actually did vomit once while trying to brush my teeth, blech). I've seen several people posting on the April '13 board that they are feeling lots better in Week 9, so hopefully I will too.
Did you not do any prenatal testing with your previous pregnancies? I have decided to do the NT screening plus PAPP-A and hCG along with a MaterniT21 blood test. If the MT21 comes back positive, I will do amnio to confirm.
