I just looked at my infant Tylenol package and I couldn't find anything about the length of time. Just don't exceed 5 doses in 24 hours, which you aren't doing.
You could always try an alternate remedy a few nights a week. I have used Hyland's tablets twice so far with my LO and they seemed to work both time.
