My LO has this right now (for a week).  It's the 2nd time.  The first time my babysitter thought some acidic fruit may have caused it.  This time I was thinking the same fruit or we aren't cleaning well enough... I think it's clearing up now.

So my son would get this 23months. His was an illergic reaction to some fruits I wasnt aware of. So I would double check with the pd just to be sure
