I'm actually in the midst of thrush right now, and my OB suggested vinegar and tea tree oil on my nipples and spritzed on my girls' bums (they have diaper area thrush, not oral). It's also good to minimize your sugar/ carb intake when dealing with any yeast infection, as it gives the yeast less to feed on.

I have heard coconut oil works too, but my MIL had the best luck with the violet.
