  • Lentils!  It's the only thing that I've been able to stomach in the evenings because I've also had terrible morning sickness.  Lentils are chock-full of proteins and very good for you and help naturally quell morning sickness.  You can cook lentils in a vegetable broth and toss in some tomatoes and you've got an instant soup.
