Rear window shade?

Does anyone have a rear window shade for their car that they like? We have a Civic and when we're traveling in the late afternoon the sun is directly in DS' eyes (he's still RFing). We have shades on the door windows but if I'm going to stop DH from pulling over on the side of the highway and turning the car seat around the next time then I need a shade for the back. Thanks

I have a window cling one that I like a lot.  I don't remember the brand though.

It is the only window shade approved by the AAP as "safe".  Any others that have plastic parts, pull down, etc become a safety hazard in a car accident as they can become a flying missile.

We have this one in both our cars and it has been fine.

Hm, would one work on the rear window or would I have to put both on it, do you think?

It would absolutely work on the rear window.  Plus, with no extra parts, it shouldn't block your (the driver's) line of sight out the rear window.

Apparently the window cling ones are the ones to go with. We were at a kiddy store buying one of the ones that your roll up your window to hold in place, and the store clerk was quick to inform us that in a crash it could become a projectile that would kill our child. Nice.
