A treat for those doing weight watchers (or any one else)

It is the easiest thing in the whole world to make AND you get to smash things too.  

Take an apple and peel it and chop it into chunks.  Toss it into a bowl.

Take a peach, chop it into bits, toss it into the bowl.

Take a cup of blue berries, add to the bowl

Take a cup of raspberries and toss them into the bowl.

Take a cup of coronation grApe (concord work too) and add them to the bowl.

Toss the with 1tbsp of brown sugar. Spread in a casserole dish.

The fun part, smash 12 peak freaks lifestyle blueberry brown sugar and flax cookies and sprinkle the crushed cookies all over the top of the fruit and bake it for 10 minutes at 375 and you have heaven in a dish...points total for the whole damn thing? 13.
