The real estate lady is showing our house today at 12:30! I've been cleaning like a mad woman but yesterday I was sick as a dog so I got NOTHING done that I wanted to. so I'm eating my breakfast, drinking coffee & bumping & then cleaning like crazy again! you never realize how dirty your house is until you have to show it to sellSurprise
TTC since 4/28/07
Diagnosed w/ endometriosis 12/2010 Laproscopic surgery & 6 months of Lupron
BFP 12/17/2011,EDD 8/23/12,ectopic discovered 12/29/11 at 6 weeks recieved methotrexate
Dec '12 HSG & ultrasound showed abnormalities & more endo. Laproscopic surgery in January '13 showed significant damage & scar tissue from Endo. IVF is our best shot to concieve our rainbow.

June '13 Decided to go the adoption route!

    BFP #1: 12/2009 m/c 1/2010 BFP #2: 6/2010 m/c 8/2010

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    TTC #3: Since October 2017. BFP #6 July 2, 2018 EDD: March 16, 2019 [/spoiler]

    Woohoo, good luck!  I hear you on the cleaning.  We moved two years ago, and in the end we actually moved in ti the new house before listing ours.  We very quickly came to the conclusion that with two people working crazy hours, animals, and toys it would be much easier to list it once empty.

    I hope they love the house!

    between DH & the dog I cant keep it clean! The floor is the last thing I clean b/c I can sweep & mop & then turn around & its dirty againSuper Angry

    Good luck! I can't imagine having to clean my house to show. I've never done it before and I don't envy you one bit.

    the showing went great! I had to leave to get Boomer out of the house so K (the real estate agent) & the lady looking at the house could concentrate. K called me after the lady left & said it looked promising. these people have been interested in the house for some time but the bank wanted too much of a down payment but K told them to go to a different bank. it will take a few days to hear back from the lenders so keep your FX that they get the loan to buy with a reasonable down payment!
